Some items in your account information are configurable. You can change the account name, configure a time zone, and set a default currency.
These changes can only be carried out if you have administrator rights for the account.
For more information, please refer to the Login Guide.

Good to know 💡
Carrying out this configuration enables you to display your data in the test reports as a function of the currency used on your website. However, this functionality isn't a currency converter. If you alter the currency of your account, the values displayed in the reports will remain the same – only the monetary symbol will change.

Multi-Factor Authentication Usage Enforcement
Security Policy Enablement
For security purposes, it is possible to configure an account so that access is only possible for users who have enabled multi-factor authentication in their profile.
This option can be enabled by ticking the Impose Multi-Factor Authentication to access this account box.
Once the option is ticked, a confirmation window will open to validate that the user wishes to activate this security policy.
If the action is confirmed, the security policy is enabled and all users wishing to access this account will now be asked to have MFA enabled in their profile.
Additional Considerations For MFA Enforcement Management
The option can only be enabled by account administrators who have multi-factor authentication enabled themselves. The option will not be available to users who do not have this feature activated.
In addition, for security reasons, only the administrator who has enabled the option will be able to disable it.
In case you want to disable the option without being able to contact the administrator who has enabled it, please contact your dedicated CSM.
Accessing an Account That Requires MFA
Users who have MFA enabled on their profile will be able to access accounts requiring MFA in a completely transparent manner. On the other hand, for users who do not have MFA enabled the workflow to access such accounts will be impacted.
Users without MFA set up trying to access will be redirected to a page asking them to set up MFA.
Users who follow the recommendation will have MFA enabled on their profile and will be able to access the account they were trying to reach at first; otherwise, they will be redirected to the login page.
📎 Note: This impact on the workflow affects the two ways to access an account: direct access after login or account switching for users with access to several accounts on the platform.
Highlight in Case of Multi-Accounts
In the case of a user who has not MFA enabled in his profile, and has access to multiple accounts including some requiring MFA usage, these accounts will be indicated with a padlock. This means that if the user tries to access these accounts, he will be redirected to the MFA setup page.
