Once you are logged in, you will see the platform dashboard along with any previously created tests, as well as the horizontal navigation menu and the configuration bar.
The configuration bar is located at the top left of the interface.
Once they are logged in to the AB Tasty platform, all users can carry out the following actions:
User and customer account settings
Depending on the access rights assigned to the user currently logged in, they may access the advanced settings of their profile and the account they are logged in to.
- Click , then Profile to access at least your Personal information.
The Personal information window enables you to configure the interface language and change your password.
- Click, then Settings to access at least the Account information or all the settings.
The Account information window enables you to configure the account name as well as the timezone and default currency.

If you cannot view any settings, this means your have restricted access rights. Contact the account owner to request extended access.

By default, the AB Tasty script, or “tag”, is updated every time a test or personalization is started. This enables the most recent changes to be uploaded onto the website and to be seen by visitors.
You can force a tag update.
- To find out the date and time of the last update, apply the following steps:
- Hover the mouse pointer over the icon:
The date and time of the last update are displayed, along with the timezone as defined in your computer’s settings.
- To force a tag update, apply the following steps:
- Click :
The tag icon rotates and changes color until the script update is complete. This process takes a few seconds.
The tag icon’s color codes are as follows:
The tag is up-to-date and the most recent changes have been applied to the website
The tag is being updated
The tag has never been updated
Accessing the release notes
The AB Tasty teams provide you with release notes to let you know about new functionalities as well as improvements made to AB Tasty.
As soon as one or more release notes are published, a number appears on the icon with a short animation to encourage you to click.
To access the content of the latest release notes, apply the following steps:
- Click ,
An overview of the most recent release notes is displayed.
- Once you’ve identified the release note you want to display, click the title,
- Then click Read the whole post to open it in a new tab.
To access all the release notes, apply the following steps:
- Click ,
- Then click AB Tasty - EN release notes:
This opens a new tab with all existing release notes.
Accessing a customer account
As a user, you can have access to several customer accounts, particularly if you are in charge of managing several websites. In this case, a drop-down list appears in the configuration bar.
To switch from one customer account to another, apply the following steps:
- Click the drop-down list,
- Select the desired account from the list or run a search by typing its name in the field,
- Click the account you want to access:
The account dashboard and the test view are displayed by default.
Using the chat
If you need assistance while using the platform, you can either contact your designated CSM or, if this type of support isn’t included in your contract, use the AB Tasty chat.
To do this:
- Click the icon,
- Then click New conversation,
- Type your question and hit Enter:
A consultant will get back to you within a few minutes.

To access them:
- Click ,
- Then click Need help,
- Enter a keyword in the search field,
- Select the relevant article.
Logging out of your user profile
To log out of a user profile, for instance in order to log in with a different profile, apply the following steps:
- Click ,
- Then click Log out:
The login page is displayed.
