In order to target your tests remaining as close as possible to the users, display relevant customization at the right time, you can retrieve data from your Data Management Platform in AB Tasty’s tool.

The DMP purpose is to gather consumers data, from multiples contact points. It will analyze data, and sort it to create specific audience segments.

Technically, integrating a DMP with AB Tasty just requires to develop a bridge, allowing your DMP and AB Tasty’s tool to communicate and share data.
Once the bridge is set-up, AB Tasty can retrieve in a few milliseconds the segment from the DMP. This mechanism is repeated every time a page loads.
In your triggering criteria for your tests and customizations, you should configure specific segments to allow the tool to retrieve data from the DMP.
AB Tasty will gather those data from the DMP, and use it to target tests:

How to configure it in your AB Tasty account ?
Once the bridge created, log-in your account to retrieve your DMP data.
Go to Settings :
Select DMP on the left column, and fill the IDs provided by your DMP : :
Get back to the Dashboard, in your campaign’s editor :
Go to Target test :
In Behavior, click on DMP and choose your segment:
Your test is ready to retrieve data from your DMP.
