PrestaShop integration

To connect your Prestashop store with the AB Tasty Recommendations & Merchandising platform, follow these detailed instructions:

Step 1: Access the Module Manager in Prestashop

1. In your Prestashop back office, navigate to the ‘Module Manager’ section.
2. In the platform interface, click on the ‘Continue’ button to proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Download and Upload the Module

1. In the platform interface, click on the ‘Download’ button to download the Prestashop module (a ZIP file).
2. Return to your Prestashop back office and click on ‘Upload a module’.
3. Upload the ZIP file you just downloaded.
4. In the platform interface, click on the ‘Continue’ button.

Step 3: Install and Configure the Module

1. Once the module is uploaded in Prestashop, complete the installation by clicking on ‘Configure’ in the Prestashop back office.
2. In the platform interface, click on the ‘Continue’ button to proceed.

Step 4: Copy the Potions API Token

1. In your Prestashop back office, locate and copy the ‘Potions API Token’ displayed in the module settings.
2. Paste the token into the designated field in the platform interface.

Step 5: Finalise the Integration

1. In the platform interface, click on ‘Connect Prestashop’ to finalise the integration.

Verifying Your Integration

1. Once the integration is complete, you can return to the platform dashboard and access the ‘Catalog’ tab to verify that your products have been successfully imported.

If no products are displayed:

1. Double-check that the API token was entered correctly.
2. Ensure all steps in the installation process were followed.
3. If issues persist, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for support.
